Cladding Options
Zakuna’s Timber Wall Cladding and Panel range offers a striking way to introduce natural character to both exterior and interior spaces.
Using fire-tempered Larch and Nordic Spruce as the basis for our cladding profiles, our range is engineered for exceptional durability, low maintenance and outstanding performance in southern England climate. Profiles are available in various widths and can be installed in a variety of patterns — horizontal, vertical, diagonal or combining profiles — to create the effect you desire. Outer corners and beams are also available to complete your installation. Zakuna Timber Wall Panels and Patterns are available in an extensive choice of natural wood veneers, wood stains and painted finishes to perfectly match Zakuna’s Internal Door Sets. The following sections detail the full range of profile options, materials, finishes and panel choices available from Zakuna.

Profiles & Patterns
Two profile styles — Flush and Interlocking — are available in various widths, which can be applied in different patterns to create the effect you desire. Available in 6m, 4m and 3m lengths, with a depth of 16–18mm. Outer Corners and Beams are also available to complete your installation.

Flush Profile — Regular Pattern
A clean, uniform appearance using boards of a single width, fitted edge to edge with a 5mm expansion gap between each board. The result is a sleek, contemporary finish with consistent shadow lines running the full height of the facade.
Widths: 95mm · 120mm · 145mm | Depth: 16–18mm
Codes: WCFR.95 / WCFR.120 / WCFR.145

Flush Profile — Combining Pattern
A dynamic, textured look created by combining equal amounts of all three board widths (95mm, 120mm and 145mm) in a single run. The variation in width adds visual interest while maintaining the flush, flat-faced character of the profile. 5mm expansion gap between boards.
Widths: Combined (equal mix of 95, 120, 145mm) | Depth: 16–18mm
Code: WCFC.COMB

Flush Profile — Overlapping
Boards are installed with a 15mm overlap, creating a subtle layered effect and deeper shadow lines. This profile offers enhanced weather protection thanks to the overlapping joint, making it an excellent choice for exposed elevations.
Widths: 95mm · 120mm · 145mm | Depth: 16–18mm
Codes: WCFO.95 / WCFO.120 / WCFO.145

Flush Profile with Fins
A bold, architectural profile featuring 28mm x 90mm vertical fins that project from the face of the cladding at regular intervals. The fins create strong vertical emphasis and dramatic light-and-shadow play throughout the day, giving facades a distinctive three-dimensional character.
Widths: 95mm · 120mm · 145mm | Depth: 16–18mm
Codes: WCFF.95 / WCFF.120 / WCFF.145

Interlocking Profile — Regular Pattern
Boards lock together with a precision tongue-and-groove joint, creating a 5mm shadow gap detail for a refined, linear appearance. The interlocking mechanism provides a secure, stable installation with excellent weather resistance. Overlap: 20mm (Larch), 15mm (Nordic Spruce).
Widths: 95mm · 120mm · 145mm | Depth: 16–18mm
Codes: WCIR.95 / WCIR.120 / WCIR.145

Interlocking Profile — Combining Pattern
The same secure interlocking joint as the regular pattern, but using equal amounts of all three board widths for a more varied, organic aesthetic. The combination of widths adds rhythm and visual depth while the interlocking profile keeps joints tight and weatherproof. 5mm expansion gap. Overlap: 20mm (Larch), 15mm (Nordic Spruce).
Widths: Combined (equal mix of 95, 120, 145mm) | Depth: 16–18mm
Code: WCIC.COMB

Flush Profile — Overlapping
15mm overlap creating deeper shadow lines and enhanced weather protection.

Flush Profile with Fins
Projecting 28mm x 90mm vertical fins for bold architectural depth and shadow.

Interlocking Profile — Regular Pattern
Tongue-and-groove joint with 5mm shadow gap — 20mm overlap (Larch), 15mm (Spruce).

Interlocking Profile — Combining Pattern
All three widths combined with interlocking overlap for a dynamic, weatherproof surface.
