The casement format suits the widest range of residential building types — from contemporary new builds and architect-designed extensions to period renovations, rural properties and conservation area settings where the authenticity and warmth of natural timber is a priority. The three-layer engineered wood beam profile provides the dimensional stability that traditional solid timber external doors cannot consistently achieve, eliminating the warping, sticking and swelling that compromise the performance and appearance of solid timber doors over time. The internally beaded construction enhances security, and integrated high-security espagnolette locking is fitted as standard.
