Designo Grooved Internal Door Sets are CNC milled to create patterns of grooves directly into the face of a flush door, delivering architectural depth and shadow.

One of the most distinctive features is the option to paint the grooves in a contrasting colour to the door face — turning the cut pattern into a bold graphic design element. Every Zakuna door set is made to order and engineered for precision — pre-hung and fully aligned in our factory, with CNC-machined fittings and ironmongery for reliable, long-lasting performance.
