Ferro Porte M101 Steel & Glass Interior Doors
Our Ferro Porte M101 Steel and Glass Interior Doors have been designed as a bespoke double door feature, combined with fixed sidelights to create a beautiful partition wall. With stunning aesthetics and an intriguing configuration, the dividing wall separates the dining room from the hallway within this previously open plan layout, providing the flexibility that modern living demands.
The full height ‘floor to ceiling’ doors emphasise the grandeur of the interior and are designed to open at 90 degrees to each other. The doors fold back on the fixed sidelight panels for a wide walkway, offering complete flexibility in how the space is used. Maximum use of space has been retained and the option to open either a single door or both doors creates the best flow of traffic options, allowing the owners to adapt the layout to suit everyday life or entertaining.
The slim profile sections create a minimalist feel with heritage styling and look superb in Antique Bronze finish, complementing the Oak beamed interior of this characterful property. The grid like design consists of one single glass panel per frame with two horizontal glazing bars, created using 15mm face fixed steel beadings. Flushed recessed handles complete the minimalist look, sitting flush with the door profile for an uninterrupted aesthetic.
The doors and fixed screen together are simply stunning, designed sympathetically to complement the surrounding decor with the use of Bronze tinted glass. Natural light can pass through the interior whilst a level of privacy has been created, the tinted glass softening the visual connection between rooms without blocking it entirely. Sound reduction between the two rooms has also been substantially improved, an important practical benefit that enhances the livability of the space.
Engineered with complete precision, the doors were pre-hung in the factory for perfect alignment and closure, with CNC engineering of fittings and ironmongery for high performance and easy operation. This factory pre-hanging process ensures that each door arrives on site ready for efficient installation, with every hinge, latch and seal perfectly positioned.
