The Masterline 8 is the flagship system in Zakuna’s aluminium window programme, representing the pinnacle of thermally broken aluminium window performance.
An innovative multi-chambered profile that integrates advanced insulating materials, the Masterline 8 is available across three distinct specification levels — each delivering progressively higher thermal insulation, air tightness and energy performance. The first level meets the demands of standard new build specification; the second suits projects targeting low-energy ratings; and the third achieves Passivhaus-compliant performance, making the Masterline 8 the only aluminium window system that can satisfy the most demanding low-energy architectural briefs without requiring a change of material or profile family. Fibreglass-reinforced polyamide thermal break strips and precision-engineered weather gaskets are incorporated throughout.
Available in side-hung, top-hung, tilt-and-turn and fixed configurations across all standard and bespoke sizes. A comprehensive RAL colour range is available including textured, anodised and dual colour options, allowing different exterior and interior finishes where required.
Double or triple glazed units are available, with solar control, acoustic and security glass all compatible with the system. All Masterline 8 windows are Secured by Design accredited.
