Spectacular new build project - Golders Green

Working with @ek_interior, this spectacular new build project in Golders Green, includes a complex 3 flight stair installation and a suite of bespoke internal doors.

Cadet Curved Staircase

We carried out a comprehensive site survey including 3D scans to design and manufacture this masterpiece. The first two flights follow a curved venetian plastered shaft with LED’s projecting onto the wall and the third is in the centre of an open landing, suspended from the ceiling. There were some very intricate compound mitres for the install team to contend with and a very tight internal curve to the landings, that had to align perfectly with the circular roof light.

Our Cadet Curved Staircase is a traditional crafted staircase designed with closed strings from the sides, finished in White. The Oak treads and closed risers were colour matched to the client's flooring, with black anti-slip steel inlays incorporated into the leading edge of each tread. Bespoke black steel railings and round Oak handrails complete the design.

Bespoke Designo Grooved G100 Curved Internal Pre-hung Door Sets

There was a very tight internal curve to the landings of this stunning central hallway that required curved doors frames to align perfectly with the curved walls.

Zakuna Grooved G100 Pre-hung Curved Internal Door Sets were designed and manufactured with 5 equally spaced horizontal 3mm grooves for a contemporary look. The stained Walnut finish with 20% gloss lacquer gives a rich and luxurious feel, with bespoke modern black handles for the perfect finishing touch.

Designo Inlaid IN103 Internal Pre-hung Door Sets

A suite of Zakuna Designo Inlaid IN103 Pre-hung Internal Door Sets, were also installed in stained Walnut with 20% gloss lacquer, colour matched to the bespoke modern handles for the perfect finishing touch.

Ferro Porte Steel & Glass Internal Doors

Our M104-6 Ferro Porte Steel and Glass Doors were also installed. The slim black steel profiles and horizontal beadings creates a modern contemporary look with heritage styling. The 'pivot and slide' door system offers total flexibility and consists of 6 door leaves that can open as a single door, double door or multiple doors, whilst sliding back to be stackable at each side, taking up minimal space. When closed, the entire door acts as a dividing wall, maximising the amount of natural light passing through the interior.

An M101 Ferro Porte single pivot door with an integral pull handle was also fitted between the kitchen and snug to increase natural light and to provide inner vision, completing the design scheme.
