Timber Casement 78mm triple glazed windows offer unparalleled performance, excellent quality and durability. 

The stylish design includes perfectly flush joints with no unsightly grooves to give a feeling of traditional elegance combined with modern day technology - an excellent choice in more contemporary properties as well as traditional homes. The external aluminium profile is lightweight and strong giving protection against harmful environmental effects whilst also being very low maintenance. 

Our Casement 78 windows are perfect for low energy projects. Triple glazed and argon filled windows with 42 mm thickness glass unit, “warm edge” spacer and two layers of Low-E coating achieves a superior U value of 0.9 W/m²K, making this a truly versatile window choice that has great thermal performance.

All casements incorporate modern multi point locking high security espagnolette locks.

Aluminium Clad Timber Windows are made to measure and can be made in a choice of configurations to suit your requirements:  fixed sash, direct glazed, single sash fixed sash, multi sash, combination windows. Opening sashes can be side hung or top hung. Different units can be combined to create more complex constructions such as curtain walling, screens, patios, bays and bows, to your exact specifications. Fire escape windows can be configured to match your design, and to comply with Fire Safety Regulations Part B1.

Made to Measure Sizes

Our windows are made to your exact sizes.

Sash width: 280mm - 1600mm, sash height: 350mm -2450mm.

Direct glazed width: 250mm - 3500mm, height: 250mm -  2500mm.

Materials, Finishes & Options

Only engineered timber is used to manufacture our windows. This provides superior strength, stability and a knot-free finish - qualities for which our products are renowned.Standard woods are Pine (finger-joint or clear faced), Oak, Larch and Meranti. Other species of traditional (Eucalyptus, Mahogany) or exotic (Hemlock, Oregon, White Saraya) timber available upon request. All timbers are carefully selected and treated. 

Windows are fully factory finished using the highest quality ecological spray applied, water based, micro-porous finishing system. The finishing coat is elastic and moves together with the wood to let the wood breathe.

A wide variety of RAL and stain colour options are available to meet our customers’ requirements. All of our paints and lacquers are environmentally friendly, ecologically clean and harmless to the environment. The external aluminium can be powder coated to any RAL colour of your choice.

We offer triple glazed units up to 42mm width, with different performance characteristics – energy saving, solar control, noise reduction, safety, fire resistance. A choice of glazing bar styles can enhance the design, either face fixed and/or set within the glass unit. Thermo spacers bars are available in a range of colours to match the wood finishes. Our range of modern obscure glass patterns will add a good level of privacy for any room.

Our modern handles are elegantly designed in a wide range of colour finishes with locking options. 

A colour choice of gaskets are available to blend discreetly with the window finish.

A choice of trickle vents, in frame or sash, glazed in vents, and acoustic vents can be specified to comply with building requirements.

Cill extensions can be incorporated to our timber windows with projecting sizes: 40mm (134mm overall), 60mm (154mm overall), 80mm (174mm overall).
