Stunning Topaz Staircase & Interior Doors

We were delighted to assist with this stunning new build project in Horsham. Our Zakuna Topaz Staircase was specified, together with a stunning suite of interior door sets.

TOPAZ STAIRCASE 

Our Topaz staircase is a modern staircase with a stunning 'Zig Zag' central steel string creating geometric lines which add a contemporary feel. The attractive design is perfect for the open plan layout, creating a beautiful feature within the property. 

The slim central spine is made from laser cut, structural steel tube, approx 150mm x 100mm with plates under treads, powder coated to a bespoke dark grey RAL colour.

Walnut stair treads are 40mm depth with step nose and LED lighting, neatly concealed under each tread. 

This stair configuration is 180 degrees with a half landing. The railings consist of 40mm x 40mm stainless steel frames welded in sections, with stainless steel spindles welded between each post. These are angled to match the pitch of the stair. A 40mm x 40mm square handrail with radius corners in matching Walnut is fitted on top of the steel frame to complete the design.  

The galleried landing is a central walkway suspended across the reception room. To continue the railing design, the steel spindles run diagonally along both sides which looks striking and also emphasises the diagonal theme of the interior decor. Walnut apron covers, matching the stair treads are fitted for the perfect finishing touch. 

FLUSH PLANA P103 INTERIOR DOORS

With its unsurpassed natural beauty, the striking Flush Plana P103 internal door was chosen to add style and character, whilst complementing both the architectural design and the interior decor of the property. 

The intricate pattern of the diagonal wood grain in two directions, looks dramatic and stunning. The doors are manufactured in Quarter Sawn Walnut which was hand picked by the client to accentuate the dramatic effect of the diagonal design, matched also to their interior custom furniture. 

The internal door sets are a mix of concealed hinged frame system and pocket doors, made to measure, with CNC cut hinges and latches to allow precision fitting onsite. Door handles are flush hidden handles, finished in the same wood grain direction as the doors.

EXTERIOR RAILINGS

Exterior railings are manufactured to the same diagonal design at the staircase railings, in AISI 616 marine grade stainless steel, suitable for exterior applications.
