Shadow Gap Door Frame System

Our Shadow Gap Door Frame System has an innovative design featuring a groove at the junction between the frame and the wall, creating a modern and minimalistic look. There is no requirement for architraves, making it the perfect solution for a contemporary design.

Door frames can be colour matched to the door or wall, and with a painted finish within the shadow gap itself. LED lighting can also be set within the profile for a dramatic effect. Matching skirting boards can provide a continuous groove.

The system has a special snap-in plastering mesh incorporated within the profile.This is covered using a plaster skim or is filled, ensuring cracks do not appear between the wall and the frame. The size of the shadow gap can also be altered to between 3mm and 15mm, using varied thickness frame packers.

The system is suitable for single or double-boarded walls.
