CNC Milling facility manufacturing New Classic Nouveau Doors

We are delighted to announce our recent Investment in new CNC milling combined with the latest software technology at one of our production facilities. This has enabled us to introduce a new range of door styles where we can CNC machine 'Classic' panels with intricate detail from flush sheets of high quality MDF. A range of CNC cutter patterns can be applied to the panel style, from stepped profiles to ovolo, straight and chamfer detailing, to create beautiful and stunning effects.

For a modern contemporary feel, doors can be veneered which can give a striking contrast against where the cutters cuts through.
