Zakuna’s are delighted to have been shortlisted for two prestigious Homebuilding & Renovating Industry Awards: The ‘Best Door Supplier’ and 'Best Joinery Supplier / Manufacturer' 2020.

‘Best Door Supplier’

Working with both the builder and his client, Zakuna created a bespoke design which they applied to both the external and internal doors of this contemporary new build home. For an ultra modern feel and a completely unique look, Zakuna designed the front door to incorporate brushed stainless steel inserts which were set into CNC horizontal grooves.

‘Best Joiney Supplier / Manufacturer ’

Working with interior designer and architect, Kim Cable of De Beauvoir Design, Zakuna initially offered 4 design concepts to be considered for an open staircase in a contemporary new build London property.

The brief was to create a visually stunning centrepiece, accentuating the openness of the internal space and external glass wall. Setting the 180 degree return and half landing fixed within the supporting pillars, whilst incorporating them into the design was an unusual challenge.
